my own blt pizza... and it was amazing.
1 pizza crust (i used the martha white, thin and crispy mix from wal-mart)
pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 package of canadian bacon, chopped
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup colby jack cheese
mayonnaise
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
follow the directions for your crust, but i always partially bake my crust before i top it. this was baked at 475 for 5 minutes on a pizza stone. (that is HOT. be sure your oven is somewhat clean, otherwise your smoke alarms tend to tell you and your building differently... oops) then, top with sauce, mozz, canadian bacon, bacon, and finish with colby jack. put back in oven until it is as done as you want it. (this one got really dark, and it was delish!)
let cool for a minute or two and cut before topping with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. you can top the entire pizza, or if you think you'll have leftovers, top it a slice at a time.
never again will i have to pay $20 for this pizza. not that i ever did, but you know... whatever.
